Following the success of the 2016 film Deadpool, this is Deadpool 2. This is the eleventh instalment in the X-Men film series, but only the second in the Deadpool scheme of things. Directed by David Leitch, Ryan Reynolds returns in the starring role alongside Josh Brolin, Julian Dennison, Zazie Beetz, T.J. Miller, and Brianna Hildebrand. Foul-mouthed mutant mercenary Wade Wilson/Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds), brings together a team of fellow mutant rogues (forming the X-Force) to protect a young boy of supernatural abilities from the brutal, time-traveling mutant, Cable (Josh Brolin).
