The Tennessee Titans didn't use the Franchise Tag this offseason, but that does not mean they shouldn't be paying attention to the tags. Two players avoided the tag in Calvin Ridley and Michael Onwenu and the Titans should be going after them in free agency. Next, there are some players who avoided the tag, but the Titans should still avoid them like Chris Jones and Christian Wilkins. Finally, there are two players who did get tagged in Tee Higgins and Brian Burns who the Titans may consider trading for.
