Ted Ligety talks about some of the elements of his ski racing he adapted and refined in order to be a dominant force in Giant Slalom for a number of years. This was the era when FIS changed the ski radius and length rules to a larger radius. Learn about what he adapted and made changes to in order to make the equipment work and then ultimately be crowned overall champion in the 2012/13 season of World Cup Ski Racing. 

We also talk about life after ski racing including kids, his company Shred and his thoughts on the use of drills for improving your skiing. There are so many great insights from one of the greatest GS skiers of all time. Enjoy.
