This week, we decided to focus on canceled matches or matches that should’ve happened.  There were plans for several potentially legendary matches but ultimately fell through for different reasons.  Vince McMahon was very interested in having Eddie Guerrero and Shawn Michaels wrestle at WrestleMania 22.  Unfortunately, Eddie’s passing (and issues with Bret Hart) led to Vince and Shawn wrestling at the event.  An example of a match that should’ve happened would be, of course, Taker vs. Sting.  We don’t really have a concrete reason as to why that match didn’t happen, but we certainly would have loved to see it.
