Tampa Bay Buccaneers GM Jason Licht has more money to play with than we originally thought after the NFL announced a salary cap of $255.4-million dollars for 2024. So how can the Bucs use that money to bring back Baker Mayfield, Mike Evans, Antoine Winfield Jr., and Lavonte David?
