Denny Hamlin took the checkered flag in Saturday’s Bass Pro Shops/NRA Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway. It was the 35th win of his career and the 4th for him in 2019.  The story of the night, though, belonged to Matt DiBenedetto, who led late in the event before being caught and passed by Hamlin with under ten laps to go. DiBenedetto’s progress was haulted after contact with Ryan Newman, who was fighting to stay on the lead lap in the 11th position. We’ll discuss whether or not Newman was wrong for what he did or if that’s just racing.  Plus, we’ll talk about the NASCAR XFINITY Series and NASCAR Gander Outdoor Truck Series event’s from Bristol.
