Does it get any better than the Oilers knocking the Flames out in five games and a brand new episode of Better Lait Than Never to make sense of it all? I don’t think so. Not only did I cover what's happened so far and what's yet to come, but I also welcomed Wanye Gretz to the podcast to help make sense of this magical Cup run and chat about what else is going on in the world.

To kick off this week's podcast, I jumped in with a look at the big news from the time since my last podcast, which is obviously that the Oilers beat the Flames in five games to move onto the Western Conference Final. As much as a lot of us wanted to believe that Edmonton would win that series, I'm not sure that there were many that would have predicted our side to steamroll over Calgary as quickly as what happened. That said, the end of the Battle of Alberta was not without controversy after Blake Coleman's potential go-ahead goal in Game 5 was called back for kicking even though it wasn't exactly clear. From there, I spent a few minutes looking ahead at a Colorado Avalanche team that will be a massive challenge for our boys to handle. Lastly, I wrapped up this week's podcast by welcoming Wanye Gretz to the show to talk playoffs, killing time on YouTube, and whatever else came to mind.
