The Northern Territory's new CLP Government has been sworn in, and has pledged a series of reforms in law enforcement. Greens Senator Dorinda Cox says she's most concerned about the move to reduce the age of criminal responsibility back down to 10. 

The Senator says the "move is taking us back decades" - and says the FIrst Nations Closing the Gap Target  for children is going backwards and warns the answer to that is not "bootcamps."
