Today on this episode of 10,000 Tacos, Isidro concludes his story about how he got caught in a big lie and how not even the taco truck could have saved him from that embarrassment. 

His then partner was adamant about finding out why there were others telling her he was out in a limo instead of the taco truck. She did not want to believe them but then the evidence was too good to ignore.

As the old saying goes, “things happen for a reason” -  this is an example of that. As luck would have it,  some photos showed he was not selling tacos that night.

After all, it was through selling tacos that Isidro’s parents showed them how to show up in the world. And somehow, going against those principles of integrity and honesty would do him in. As faith would have it, using the truck as an excuse was not in the universe’s plans. The tacos gods simply would not allow it.

I guess you can say:

TAQUOTE:  “When you don’t tell the truth, tacos don’t taste good”
