A new survey shows about two-thirds of residential customers are concerned about electricity costs. Bundle deals are becoming increasingly popular, with one third of residents bundling their power bill with another service - like gas or broadband - in the last year. But one in ten later discovered they were paying more as a result. Consumer Advocacy Council chair Deborah Hart spoke to Corin Dann.
