ANSWERS:

  1. A damp cloth so it doesn't slip.
  2. Knifeaid.com and 1-2 times a year.
  3. A good chefs knife, cast iron pan, non stick pan, the Chop Stir and some prep bowls.
  4. Keep it simple with family style meals.
  5. Build your spice set, pasta, rice, canned tomatoes, frozen shrimp, pasta sauce...just some basic essentials.

HOMEWORK REVIEW!

  • Go through all the cabinets in your kitchen and start organizing/make space.
  • Start building your kitchen! Get good items and build slowly. It will spark your joy for cooking.
  • Find a recipe, go shopping and then cook it!
