Politics helps us realize the power of storytelling. Fake news is horrible. We’ve been through back in the 30s, that whole time of yellow journalism, so it’s not unheard of. I think until you’ve had your whole world upended and you’ve lost rights and you’ve lost benefits and the world isn’t the way that it should be anymore, maybe you start to take for granted and you start to understand and appreciate what it’s like to be able to trust what’s in the newspaper or on your phone or on the computer.
