You know you're arguing with your brain because it keeps reminding you of beliefs like, "I don't know if I can do this..." and rather than that belief diminishing over time because you see how it doesn't serve you...you hardball into the opposite belief of "yes I can!".
Arguing with your brain will feel like you're gritting and bearing it...you're getting through this...and then you'll feel better. I'd like to offer you a way to feel better AND create that thing you're not sure if you can yet.
