The Nets made a somewhat shocking though not all that surprising move on Tuesday, letting go of Steve Nash as the head coach. It has been a rough run for Nash since his time in the position, not all of his doing, though the team had clearly been underperforming to start the season. They were 2-5 and were already mired in issues. Nash leaves with a career, winning record though clearly lower than expectations all things considered.
