Chris Carter of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, hosts the Locked on Steelers podcast, and is joined by Jeff Hathhorn of 93.7 the Fan.

The Pittsburgh Steelers began OTAs Tuesday, and Kenny Pickett's leadership was a major talking point. Teammates from Pat Freiermuth to Diontae Johnson and Calvin Austin talked about how Pickett's taken charge, and Pickett revealed how the Steelers' offense is much further along compared to last year.

Also, Omar Khan brought edge rusher Markus Golden in for a visit as the Steelers continue their free agency search for a backup edge rusher, and Alex Highsmith says that both sides are pushing to get a contract done. Meanwhile, Kevin Dotson talks about him being replaced at left guard by Isaac Seumalo, and what he's doing about it to show he can still start in the NFL.

Finally, Damontae Kazee comments on the podcast about the Steelers' flexibility in the secondary and just how hardcore Minkah Fitzpatrick trains in the offseason.
