I’m giving you an example of one of my mom friends who would love to help other women through postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety, but right now she has a baby who just turned one. Tomorrow might not be the time to start her new career, but it doesn’t mean she can’t start researching and googling what that career will entail, what her salary goals should look like and whether she’ll need to further her education. 

Having a Virtual Business

More and more corporate jobs are going remote and the number of virtual positions and online businesses are skyrocketing, so why don’t you do the same?! It is definitely possible to find your career and make it a virtual one. There are even doctors and therapists who work remotely and Skype patients, so it’s definitely a possibility, it’s just up to you to discover what you want to do and how you can make it happen.

Growing Your Business At Your Own Pace

If you’re ready to start your business but are worried about it taking up too much time, then consider scaling it at your own pace. Start with offering one service to one client. See how much time it takes up and how it meets your expectations. The beauty of working for yourself is that YOU get to decide when and how to grow your business. You are in charge!
