People and canines alike are suffering in the post-apocalyptic world as each attempt to establish order, in their own way.  Raging dog gangs turn the community upside down. Faith healing; however, seems to be as strong as ever and Beatrice has an "off" night on the broadcast.  Rick Beckley may be able to save the world but he struggles to save his interviewee.  KUSA 9 News at 9 launches its first "after 9" segment in order to draw more.....adult....listenership.
