The Spurs will play the New Orleans Pelicans, but the question that still needs to be answered is who will be the 9th seed and host the play-in game? The Pelicans have a one game lead ahead of the Spurs in the standings and for the Spurs, the path to passing New Orleans in challenging, but there's still at least three paths available.
