To prepare for the future, organizations should focus on the prospective workforce currently in or entering college. Bob Moesta joins the Talent Angle to discuss how students “hire” colleges to prepare and qualify them for future jobs, with the majority of graduates, however, leaving unprepared to join the workforce. Tune in to this week’s episode to hear how your organization should not only consider changing education requirements when hiring, but also empower current and future employees to make more productive higher-education decisions.

Bob Moesta is the president and co-founder of The ReWired Group and an adjunct lecturer at The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In the 1990s, Bob was a co-creator of the “Jobs-To-Be-Done” Theory. He has contributed to the launch of more than 3,500 new products and services in almost every industry.
