Some South Dunedin homeowners are calling for the council to buy the houses that keep getting damaged by "one in a 100 year" floods. Ria Stout's property was damaged in 2015, when 175 millimetres of rain fell in 24-hours, and her family is now back in temporary accommodation after the latest flooding event. Stout spoke to Guyon Espiner.
