A webinar has outlined what the South Australian government and industry groups have been doing to prepare for biosecurity risks like foot and mouth disease, PCR testing, like the test used for COVID, is being used by mushroom growers to better manage their biosecurity and a new cool chain app is being developed that will help oyster growers track the temperature of oysters from shed door to the customer.
