Directed by Steve Barron and based on the fictional superhero team of the same name, the story follows Splinter and the turtles, their meeting April O'Neil and Casey Jones, and their confrontation with Shredder and his Foot Clan. Starring Judith Hoag as April O'Neil, a reporter for Channel 3 News, Elias Koteas as Casey Jones, a streetwise vigilante and former ice hockey player, and of course the turtles themselves Brian Tochi (Leonardo), Corey Feldman (Donatello), Josh Pais (Raphael), and Robbie Rist (Michelangelo)
