  1. Suze Bitter Élaboré À Partir De Gentianes Sauvages  20% ABV  Pernod-Ricard France  SIPS-2

 

Suze White Negroni cocktail

1 part Suze

1 part Lillet Blanc

1 part gin

 

Directly into an Old-Fashioned glass filled with ice cubes, pour in the Suze, add the Lillet and gin. Decorate with a zest of grapefruit.

  1. Bigallet China-China Amer 40% ABV Giffard France SIPS-3

 

China Fight cocktail

1.5 oz cognac

¾ oz China-China Amer

¼ oz elderflower liquor

Orange twist for zest

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, stir the cognac, China-China, and elderflower liqueur until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an orange twist.

  1. Jägermeister 35% ABV Mast-Jägermeister SE Germany SIPS-3

 

Jägermeiser Count Mast cocktail

1 oz Jägermeister

1 oz Sweet Vermouth

1 oz Gin

Add above ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass.  Stir and pour into a frozen Coupette glass.  Garnish with lemon zest

  1. Becherovka 38% ABV Jan Becher Karlovy Vary Czech Republic SIPS-3

 

Incredible Kenosha Hulk cocktail

2 ounces bourbon

3/4 ounce lime juice

3/4 ounce Becherovka

Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and shake with ice.

Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a lime wedge.

  1. Maraska Pelinkovac 28-35% ABV Maraska Distillery Croatia SIPS-3

It is served straight without mixers

 

  1. Zwack 40% ABV Zwack Unicum Plc Budpest Hungary SIPS-4

 

Zwack-hattan cocktail

2oz rye

¾ oz Zwack

Dash Angostura bitters

 

Instructions: In a mixing glass with ice, combine 2 ounces of rye (we're using Rittenhouse, a good, stiff overproof rye) and 3/4 ounce Zwack. Add a dash of Angostura bitters. Stir until well-chilled, and then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a big twist each of lemon peel—twisting over the surface of the drink to spray its citrus oils all over.

  1. Amaro di Angostura 35% ABV Trinidad Distillers Ltd. SIPS-4

Banana daiquiri cocktail

.75 oz fresh lime juice

0.5 oz dark sugarcane syrup

1 oz Amaro di Angostura

2 oz Angostura 5 year old rum

1/2 ripe banana, thinly sliced (save two slices for garnish)

4 oz (1/2 cup) crushed ice

Pinch of cinnamon for the garnish

 

Put everything in a blender and blend at high speed for at least 30 sec, until smooth. Pour unstrained into a fancy glass with sugared rim and add more crushed ice to fill

Garnish with two thin banana slices, a tropical flower and some sprinkled cinnamon on top

Ingredients

3/4 Oz Fernet Vallet

3/4 Oz Green Chartreuse

3/4 Oz Lime

3/4 Oz Simple Syrup

Put all of your ingredients into a shaker with into a chilled coupe glass generously rinsed with Mina Real Mezcal (1/4 Oz)
