SECOND THING: Amy gave more details about her first-ever live podcast event. The night will take you on a journey through 4 questions in search of a more fulfilling, joyful life:

    •    What does it look like to really live your life?

    •    What have you not been able to admit to yourself?

    •    What is the next right step for you?

    •    How do you want to be remembered?

Amy has been working through these questions herself, as she desires to:

LIVE LIFE.

GET UNSTUCK.

MAKE A MOVE.

THIRD THING: Kat tells us a little bit about her latest ‘You Need Therapy Podcast’ episode titled: “Are We Going Through Mental Health Overload with Liz Plank.” And here’s the podcast description: Why does everything seem hard, bad, scary, and exhausting these days? Have we taken "it's ok to not be ok" too far? Are our boundaries becoming too rigid and are we losing the ability to find grace within our human relationships? These are all things Kat and Liz discuss and things that could be the missing piece to the puzzle that you keep looking for in the next self-help influencer, wellness coach, or tiktok therapist. FOURTH THING: Amy shares a list of ‘Rules to Live By’ that she received from a friend!

-Avoid the need to make others think I am right

-Never give unsolicited advice - it’s always received as criticism

-Don’t look for or expect personal slights or criticism. If I’m looking for them I will find them in abundance.

-Extend love, comfort and understanding rather than demand to be loved comforted and understood

-Always act on principle - not on thoughts, feelings, or even good motives

-Be unfailingly courteous

-The high road is never the wrong road

-Don’t have big deals regardless of how much my ego wants me to believe things are a big deal

-Leave policing and judging to those paid to do so

-You’re already OK and you’re the one that doesn’t know it.

-Figure out what your job is -what their job is - what God’s job is - and let everybody do their job.
