New Year’s resolutions don't work, it's a proven fact. So why would you waste time or energy making resolutions? I’ve got a better plan I’m going to share with you in today’s episode. According to U.S. News, 80% of New Year's resolutions fail by February. And, in a poll that was taken in 2017, 53% of people said their resolution was to save money and 45% was to lose weight and get in shape while 25% of people said they just wanted to have more sex. Ok, well those aren’t bad resolutions, right. But they don’t stick.
