As I was deciding what I would talk about this week, I came across a story local to Vermont, which is where I am and grew up. Though this may be a local news story, eventually similar laws and regulations will start popping up in other states in the U.S. and other countries. In fact, these regulations have already shown up in more than just the ski industry. For this week, I'm talking about legislation that will ban the use of PFAS in ski wax, which is pretty common in many of our ski waxes. I'll also throw in my two cents on how this might start to affect the industry, both locally and abroad, as well as if I agree with it or not.
