Phil Simms joins us in his Wednesday spot. We talked about the Giants/Eagles game that Boomer, Phil, Jerry and Gio did on Sunday. We also talked about Russell Wilson’s performance against the Jets. Phil said he would be surprised if the Jets could pull off winning 4 in a row before the bye week. If they lose to the Patriots, ‘it’s over’. Phil is also loving Bill Belichick in the media as he makes really great points all the time. Jerry returns for an update and has audio from Aaron Rodgers talking about having fun and turning the energy around. The Knicks lost to the Celtics in their season opener. Aaron Judge is excited to play at Dodger stadium. In the final segment of the hour, Fernando Valenzuela passed away and the Dodgers will most likely have a patch on their jersey to honor him. We talked about which players are ‘patch worthy’.
