Right now, there are more than 100 million people displaced due to war or disaster, many of whom still reside in their country of origin. That’s a population greater than the total number of those displaced after the Second World War. All of these people need shelter, whether it’s short or long term. Brett Moore is the man people turn to for solutions. The Australian-born architect joins Blueprint to discuss how design contributes to his current role as head of the UNHCR’s global shelter cluster.
