South Africa has declared a national state of disaster over severe flooding, while heavy rains have also hit Mozambique’s capital Maputo. Due to the shortage of the new Naira banknotes in Nigeria, the Central Bank has announced the making of money bouquets, used by some in celebrations, will attract a fine or imprisonment.
