Staff at a McAdam long term care home asked people to become pen pals with its residents, and they're still sorting through the mail a week later. They've received hundreds of letters, notes and Christmas cards. Jeanne Armstrong spoke to Debbie Bourque, the executive director of Wauklehegan Manor.
