After trying desperately to connect with Karen, Richie and P.P. learn how the elves really feel about Santa being banished from the NOPO. He reconnects with Ellie and connects with some undercover operatives from the South Pole - SOPO. He finally connects with Karen and gets a great piece of evidence but also meets Santa's daughter and Son in Law and gets an ominous message.
