The opening weekend of the Premier League has happened and one half of Rebecca and Alex is definitely happier after those opening games. We kick off with Chelsea's 4-0 loss to Man Utd - is Rebecca still as positive about Frank Lampard at the helm as she was last week? What positives can Chelsea take from the performance? How excited should Man Utd fans be after their display? And how much of a problem is Azpilicueta? Plus, at least Jose Mourinho is back on our screens to cheer us up. Liverpool had a much more straightforward opening game vs Norwich, although the injury to Alisson definitely put a downer on the occasion. We look at whether fans should be worried about Adrian, rave about Bobby Firmino and discuss Norwich's philosophy, before looking ahead to Wednesday's Super Cup Final. We also debut our new feature 'The Good, The Bad and the VAR' - looking at who was the best and worst player of the week, before jumping head and arms first into a discussion about video refereeing in the West Ham vs Man City game, the issues it's caused already and whether it will prove to be a good thing in the league in the long run. Plus, there's chat about Aston Villa's promising showing against Tottenham, worries about Arsenal's starting 11, Rebecca's new obsession with Siri, funny dentist names, erectile dysfunction, why you shouldn't chop your arms off - plus, we look at Simon Mignolet's career in 'Fame or Shame' and finally find out why he loves pears so much. **Please take the time to rate and review us on iTunes or wherever you get your podcasts, as it makes it easier for other potential listeners to find us.
