Liz and her team are creating a book where they are investigating and documenting the history of pottery in Hong Kong and their efforts to save the last Dragon Kiln. We learn about the Dragon Kilns and why they are so important to the history and culture of our city. She also talks about her role as a mentor in the Women’s Foundation Mentor Program and how rewarding this endeavour is for her and those that she mentors.
