As an indie podcaster, that would mean the world to me!

Meg's beginnings were humble - She grew up with immigrant parents, her dad was an alcoholic, and mom was very verbally abusive towards herself and her brothersMeg grew up believing that there was something fundamentally flawed and unlovable about herself. That belief caused her to disappear behind a facade of people deceiving and growing secretly more and more bitter towards her loved ones. After she married her husband James he fell into depression and she became his primary care giver and took over all parenting and financial responsibilities.Hear James' incredible story on Between the Before and After Season 3 Episode 25https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/s03e22-from-losing-everything-and-literally-sleeping/id1435974463?i=1000563498864Their journey towards a healthy happy relationships is one of Meg's proudest accomplishments and they have a bond and connection now that she could have never imagined possible!

In Meg's words: "I'm a life coach, hypnotherapist, and the host of The Art Of Being H(YOU)man podcast. I'm passionate about walking with women that want more out of life than just the status quo! That want to live a life that recognizes that whatever we do -LOVE IS THE POINT!

I believe that life doesn't have to work out exactly the way we think it "should" in order to be enjoyed.

I believe that people don't have to be perfect in order to be loved.

I believe that each one of us has a voice of truth inside of us, but that sometimes it can be hard to hear.

And most importantly I believe that we must live between the tension of accepting the things we can't change while taking massive action on the things we can!

There are so many of us that wake up at a certain time in our lives and are confused about how we got where we are. We have often done everything we thought we "should" do, but somehow we don't feel satisfied or fulfilled. Life seems to come at us so fast that we don't have a lot of time to process all the things that happen in our lives and all the things that are expected of us.

I create a space where women can slow down and process all the things that are controlling their lives - their everyday thoughts, emotions and the stories they have been telling themselves. A space where they can look at their inner world, gain valuable insight, and then reclaim their personal authority and make conscious decisions that transform the way they experience their lives!"WANT TO BE A PODCAST GUEST TO GROW YOUR BRAND AND AUDIENCE?PODMATCH: https://podmatch.com/signup/coachjonmclernonWe've landed hundreds of interviews using PodMatch!CONNECT WITH MEG:FB: www.facebook.com/meg.heppner.5WEB: www.megheppner.comMEETUP: www.meetup.com/SoulSisterGroupCoachingCONNECT WITH COACH JON:⁣NUTRITION: https://www.freedomnutritioncoach.com  ⁣
