Submit ReviewKirby is a leadership coach, and a combat veteran and hosts the TRUE Success podcast. His 26-year leadership and human capital experience have allowed him to provide results-driven, laser-focused, purpose-to-impact coaching to high-potential professionals since 2014.
Kirby’s family-oriented (father of 5 children), faith-based, and values-driven approach shows up in his life’s work and mission to root out fatherlessness in America.
He has a high sense of responsibility and ethics both in himself and others which have led him to advocate for the fatherless and raise awareness by running ultra-marathons (31-50 miles) in memory of those heroes who lost their lives due to PTSD.
Kirby volunteers his time to many other activities that he is called to and gives him purpose, such as mentoring transitioning veterans into the private sector.
In Kirby's Words: "I provide high-potential, busy corporate professionals with results-driven, laser-focused coaching. My big picture and creative problem-solving methodology, coupled with an open and enthusiastic style, will empower you to learn new skills, conquer goals, ignite passions, and become your best self.I have 26-years in leadership and human capital consulting, host the TRUE Success podcast, and am a U.S. Army combat veteran. I have coached professionally for eight years and facilitated a 6-week course at a national credentialing producing academy for the last two years.I have secure beliefs. I believe success is more than money and prestige. This means specific core values endure in my life, causing me to be family-oriented, kind, spiritual, and value responsibility and ethics - both in myself and others. This gives me meaning and satisfaction.I feel consistency is foundational to building strong relationships and networks where I can be considered dependable and called a friend. Values and beliefs provide direction and guide me through temptations and distractions. With strong beliefs, I become comfortable to trust. I love work that meshes with my values, gives me primary duties that matter and allows me to live out those values.I love to peer over the horizon; the future is fascinating and pulls me forward. I look to create better products, systems, teams, life, and the world. How I impact, the future is essential and inspirational to me and others. People look to me to raise insights and spirits with messages of hope and optimism. This gives me energy and allows me to visualize a better tomorrow. I find many things interesting. I like to collect information, words, facts, books, and quotations - I tend to be curious. I read a great deal, not to refine my theories but add information to the archives. It keeps my mind fresh.I have a strong desire for competence. Adult learning is vital and enables me to thrive in short-fuse projects and education in dynamic environments. I enjoy the process of getting there more than the result. I'm pulled towards people I already know. I gain strength from being around people close to me. Those relationships develop when there is a deliberate desire to deepen the connection. My close connections share feelings, goals, fears, and dreams. I want them to understand me as well. The fit must be genuine and not transactional for me to value a relationship to feel valued."
