Jolene shares her story of learning to cope with anger as a young girl after her parent's divorce and later with anxiety as she pursued higher education in earth sciences.

Jolene shares how she has had to come to grips with her father being diagnosed with early-onset dementia and how that experience has changed how she thinks about health and nutrition and the reasons she pursues it.

Jolene goes from being a young girl with unmanaged emotions to a resilient woman overcoming fear and anxiety while building her business as a nutrition coach.

Jolene Hermanson is a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Certified coach, non-practicing professional geoscientist, a wife and mom of two. She lives on Vancouver Island in British Columbia.

When she's not working with clients, she's working out, watching her kids play sports, or playing with them at the beach.

This is Jolene's story.
