Tony Winyard worked as a club DJ around the world for more than a decade, living in 11 countries and visiting another 80.⁣⁣

His focus in recent years has moved more towards health and wellness after his realisation that all of his close relatives have died of cancer, and in recent years has completed studies in nutrition, breathwork, sleep and behaviour science and now helps people to create and implement habits that improve their health.⁣⁣

⁣⁣Two things happened either side of 2010 that fundamentally changed my life.

- The birth of my daughter- The realisation that 100% of my immediate relatives had died from cancer

This led to me truly examining my life for the first time and absorbing myself in studying cancer, health, psychology, philosophy, spirituality, breathing, sleep, nutrition and finally behaviour science and especially habits.

While my daughter was still a toddler a good friend taught me that kids learn from what you do, not what you say, which was partly the catalyst for some of the above. Her mother and I had separated, and I determined I would set her as good an example as I possibly could.

The more I delved into philosophy and spirituality the less comfortable I was speaking to audiences about increasing their prices. And learning about cancer, led to genetics, which led to nutrition, which led to breathing, which led to sleep, which led to neuroscience...

It was when I realised the importance of habits that many of the pieces started coming together for me and understanding how to create habits and make them automatic led to many changes in my life and outlook and enabled me to place many pieces mentioned above into something that connected together and made sense for me.
