Far out! Welcome to Season 3 of the All-New Amazing Spider-Talk podcast, where Mark and Dan will be taking a look at Spider-Man’s transition into the Bronze Age of comics. In this episode, they are time traveling to 1977 and turning on CBS to enjoy the first and only live-action Spider-Man television show premiering on prime time! Yes, we are talking about the Amazing Spider-Man television show! We’ll also be talking briefly about the Electric Company and the Japanese Spider-Man show.
The Amazing Spider-Man show was famous for a number of things, but after they get done giving you the history of the show Dan will talk to the show’s star Nicholas Hammond, who was the first person to play Peter Parker and the second person to ever play Spider-Man in live-action.
