Russian troops are moving ahead with their offensive in eastern Ukraine today, as the key port city of Mariupol in the south remains on the verge of falling. Defenders there say there may have only hours or days left.  At the same time, President Vladimir Putin oversaw the test of a long-range missile dubbed "Satan" by the West.
