Guest: Gerard Toal is a Professor in the School of Public and International Affairs at Virginia Tech. He writes about US foreign policy, geopolitics, and territorial conflicts. He’s co-author with Carl Dahlman of Bosnia Remade: Ethnic Cleansing and Its Reversal and editor of several books on critical geopolitics.
