The Incredibles is Pixar’s sixth feature length computer-animated film, and this one is the superhero one! The sequel is just around the corner so we’re taking a look back at Pixar’s first superhero family in their first film. Written and directed by Brad Bird (The Iron Giant), The Incredibles follows Mr Incredible (Craig T. Nelson), Elastigirl (Holly Hunter), Violet (Sarah Vowell), Dash (Spencer Fox), and Jack Jack, who are forced to hide their powers and live a quiet suburban life. Mr Incredible’s desire to help people draws the entire family into a battle with a former fan turned villain – Syndrome (Jason Lee), who now plots to wipe out all superheroes with his killer robot.
