She conducts culinary tours to Haiti as a way of providing Haitians, Haitians Americans and friends of Haiti access to experience Haiti and its rich culture. Her latest food venture BunNan, is a plantain concept restaurant in NYC that shares Haitian, Caribbean and black diaspora cuisine with the rest of the world.
