This episode we go inside history with a pair of LA Kings Insiders and a Hall of Fame Broadcaster! LA Kings Insider Jon Rosen and Insider Emeritus, Rich Hammond, look back at the 2003 NHL Entry Draft. Considered one of the deepest drafts in NHL history, our Insiders speculate how the draft might have happened if NHL GMs knew what we know now... or some of it. Then Nick Nickson and Jesse Cohen take a look back at the Kings 1st round matchup in the 2010 Playoffs. The series against Vancouver was the first playoff experience for players like Dustin Brown, Anze Kopitar, Drew Doughty and Jonathan Quick. Despite losing in 6 games, the lessons learned by the Kings core would help them evolve into the Stanley Cup winning team they would shortly become.
