The Boston Red Sox ended the first road series of the 2022 MLB season on a high, but very stressful, note with a 9-7 win over the Detroit Tigers. The bats got to Eduardo Rodriguez and exploded for a six-run fourth inning thanks to Trevor Story, Jackie Bradley Jr., Kiké Hernández, Rafael Devers and Alex Verdugo. Everyone in the starting nine save for Christian Vázquez got a hit Wednesday afternoon at Comerica Park. NESN's Lauren Campbell recaps the game and discusses the offense, the bullpen and everything in between. Kutter Crawford, Austin Davis and Jake Diekman struggled, but Hansel Robles was able to save the day for the Red Sox. Lauren also touches on Clayton Kershaw getting pulled by Dave Roberts after seven perfect innings for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
