The Tampa Bay Rays won the middle game of the three-game series against the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park, 8-4. The Rays have not had their offensive production at their optimal standard with the multiple injuries and underperforming production from rookies, but there are signs that point to the offense waking up from their 81 game slumber.

Also, the Rays picked up INF Yu Chang, who has been in two organizations previously, the Cleveland Guardians and Pittsburg Pirates. Is he a stopgap? Is someone going on the IL? Are the Rays moving someone from their middle infield?
