On today’s episode of Ramble Meets... Andy sits down with FC Nordsjælland chairman and Right To Dream founder, Tom Vernon!

Tom founded Right To Dream, the Ghanaian football academy, in 1999 - he joins Andy to discuss its immense educational and footballing imprint in the region, with over twenty graduates since playing professionally in Europe.

He also expands on the academy’s purchase of Danish Superliga side FC Nordsjælland, as they look to change the perception and expectations of football club ownership. From the recent signings of Michael Essien and Johan Djourou to their emphasis on individual and collective development, the club is an intriguing and unique case of how a football club can operate in a wholly different way!
