This month marks a year since the US and its allies left Afghanistan and the Taliban seized control of the country. The Rainbow Railroad has been trying to get people out of Afghanistan ever since. The non-profit organization helps LGBTQI+ people facing persecution for their gender identity and sexual orientation. Executive Director Kimahli Powell spoke with Mainstreet's Jeff Douglas.
