With the 2022 Fifa World Cup less than 10 months away Kelly Cates is joined by the BBC sports editor Dan Roan and Rob Harris, global sports correspondent for the Associated Press to discuss the issues surrounding Qatar hosting the tournament. Fatma Al Nuaimi from Qatar's Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy joins us to talk about preparations for the tournament and the impact they hope hosting the World Cup will have. Malcolm Bidli, a former migrant worker opens up about the conditions for workers in the country and his experience of being imprisoned after writing about the struggles for workers in Qatar on his blog. The Head of the International Labour Organisation in Qatar, Max Tunon, joins us to talk about whether the World Cup can make lasting improvements for workers in the country. And Nick McGeehan, founding director of FairSquare Research and Projects discusses how Qatar have dealt with migrant deaths in the country.
