Most women will see their breasts increase in size beginning in the first trimester of pregnancy. This happens as the ducts and alveoli in the breast multiply rapidly in preparation for breastfeeding. In general most expecting mother’s gain 2-3 cup sizes during pregnancy. Everyone’s breasts are going to differ a bit in how they change and grow during pregnancy.
