Russian President Vladimir Putin has travelled to North Korea, where he signed a mutual defence agreement with its leader Kim Jong Un.

It's Putin's first visit to North Korea in almost quarter of a century - and one of very few trips outside Russia since the war began in Ukraine more than two years ago.
